Lots of different things happened all around the world, despite the fact that people are on holiday. Yes, there are eventually important news during August...
Let me make some comments about some of them:
China tried to persuade the world that it is capable of doing everything in a perfect sense. Except for human rights.
Russia persuaded the world that it is the opposite (military - economic - diplomatic) power.
The U.S.A has to be persuaded that only Obama and Biden will lead the country out of it's crisis.
F.Y.R.O.M is persuaded that the Bush administration at it's end, will fulfill all of their dreams, no matter how utopic they are.
Europe will be persuaded to find a way to balance their stance towards east and west and moreover with unanimity among the countries - members.
